Thank you for shopping at Damensein. Our online shop provides unique fashion product from our independent designers back by high quality material and reliable production.Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for
return in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Our customer service will contact with you in 24 hours after return request approved.
Ship the return package to our warehouse and submit the return shipping tracking information(tracking number & delivery company) on our website.
Refund will be issued in one week after we receive you returned package. A confirmation email of refund will be sent to your email box.
-Purchase (except swimwear and final sale) can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
--Customers will be charged for shipping costs based on different delivery rate. Customer also be resposiblle for the return fee.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
If returning the items, please inquire customers service to acquire returns address.

-Swimwear & Accessories is not eligible for return.
- Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.
-Swimwear & Accessories can only be returned if it is defective/damaged.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem after submitting the return request online.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
